Starting a claim

Your wellbeing is our priority. Make sure you're in a safe location before you start a claim. We'll do everything we can to help you get your life back to normal as quickly and fairly as possible.

What to expect in most claims processes:

Use our step-by-step digital tools to document the details of what happened.

Inspect the damage

We'll assess your vehicle and evaluate claim details to determine the repairs or if the vehicle is a Total Loss.

Complete repairs

We'll help you find and schedule repairs with a shop, and keep you updated on the state of your vehicle.

Get back on the road

We'll provide payment and inform you that the claim has been closed. We may also provide tips for upgrading coverage or purchasing a new vehicle.
