Testimonials

"Leakbot has given of us peace of mind and the experience has been very good so far."

"The technician was incredibly thorough. He had to run the diagnostic test(s) multiple times to identify the location of the leak, and did not leave until the issue was found.  He also followed up with me via text after his initial visit to make sure I knew what next steps needed to be taken. Very appreciative!"

"I was deeply skeptical about the value of LeakBot prior to your visit. I was confident your device was wrong and that your technician was just going to try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. I’m pleased to be wrong. Your technician quickly isolated a leak (running toilet) and took the initiative to fix it without costing us anything. I’m impressed and would unreservedly recommend LeakBot to others."

Nationwide partnered with LeakBot to provide access to a simple, secure smart water leak detector at no additional charge. The LeakBot device and app provide access to and notifications about water usage insights, daily plumbing checks and leak alerts.

LeakBot needs to be installed between 1 to 2 feet along the internal incoming main water supply pipe inside the home from the point that it enters the property and before the pipe branches off around the home. For more details, please check the Installation Guide or have your customer contact help.us@leakbotsupport.com for installation support.

LeakBot is designed to fit standard ¾-inch- and 1-inch-diameter pipes.

When LeakBot detects a leak, it will notify the homeowner in the LeakBot app, by SMS and by email.

LeakBot findings reveal that some homes have active hidden microleaks that homeowners may not know about. The LeakBot app provides a brief guide to help homeowners locate leaks, such as checking for dripping taps or leaking toilets. If alerts persist and the leak remains undiscovered, ensure that the device is properly installed and reach out to the LeakBot support team to arrange a complimentary visit from a LeakBot technician. If the leak remains unresolved, LeakBot will continue to detect and alert the homeowner about the leak but will be unable to identify any new leaks until the issue is fixed. Unaddressed water leaks can cause significant damage to a home over time.

A trained LeakBot technician will check the entire main water plumbing system inside the home and will fix all leaks as outlined in LeakBot’s repair terms and conditions. They will also use patented leak detection equipment to confirm that the property is leak-free before they leave.

LeakBot’s patented Thermi-Q technology accurately measures both the air and pipe temperatures in the home. If there is a leak, it will continually draw colder water from outside into the home, creating a consistent drop in temperature. LeakBot can sense the prolonged and consistent drop in temperature and alert the homeowner to the problem.

Yes. The LeakBot will also continue to monitor the plumbing to confirm that everything is back to normal. Please be aware that LeakBot takes no responsibility for third party plumbing repairs or costs. If the leak is hidden, it may be difficult for a plumber to locate the problem without LeakBot’s patented Leak Detection equipment.

If they no longer wish to install or use the device, they may dispose of it on their own. The homeowner will not be charged if they choose not to use the device or decide to stop using it.
