Everyone can use these skill features:

• Insurance help to understand what collision and comprehensive actually cover
• Find an agent to locate Nationwide insurance specialists near you 
• Nationwide jingle to hear Nationwide is on your side®
 
Nationwide members may also access these features:
• Roadside Assistance to ask for 24/7 help, if it’s already on the policy  
• SmartRide to check their driving trends or discounts*
• Claims to check the progress or ask questions about a Nationwide claim

To start, say "Alexa, enable Nationwide,” or "Alexa, open Nationwide."
 
If you are not a member, you are set! Ask about Road Conditions, SmartRide and more.
 
Members will need to link their Nationwide account. After you say "Alexa, enable Nationwide" the Alexa app will prompt you to enter your nationwide.com username and password to link your account. You can only link one account at a time to the skill for every Amazon account.
 
Once your account is linked, say, "Alexa, enable Nationwide." Ask about Road Conditions, SmartRide and more.
If you are having trouble enabling the skill, check that you are using the correct Nationwide username and password to link your account.
Wake it up by saying “Alexa, open Nationwide.” Then try any of these to interact with the Nationwide skill.
 
In the car, say, "Alexa, ask Nationwide to…":

No. Once you've successfully paired your account to any Alexa-enabled device, it will work on any device that has Alexa.

* Only Nationwide members enrolled in the SmartRide program using the device can ask about their driving information. If you have a Nationwide policy, call 1-855-421-2688 or your agent to enroll in SmartRide.
