We have the answers to your questions. For example, you can ask what we offer to protect your ride with simple insurance definitions, get updates on your claim, and check on your weekly driving trends and estimated discount if you’re enrolled in SmartRide.

Here’s how you start

Remember to start with, “Alexa, open Nationwide.”

Start by saying, "Alexa, enable Nationwide," or "Alexa, open Nationwide."

Your Alexa app will prompt you to enter your nationwide.com username and password to link your account, and set up an optional six-digit PIN. Not a Nationwide member? Ignore the prompt and start talking to Alexa.

If you’re a Nationwide member, once your account is linked, launch the skill by saying, "Alexa, enable Nationwide,” or “Alexa, open Nationwide."
