How to activate your connected car

• SmartMiles® Connected Car

If you previously downloaded the Toyota app and added this vehicle, follow these steps to ensure data sharing is enabled:

1. Select the Account Icon in the top right corner of the Toyota app.
2. Under “Manage your Profile & Settings” click on “Account.”
3. Under “Account Settings,” select “Privacy Portal and Legal Info.”
4. Under “Privacy Settings,” select “Vehicle Specific Settings.”
5. Verify “Vehicle Connectivity” displays “Active.” (If not “Active” click and select “Activate Vehicle.”) 
6. Under “Additional Features,” click “Insure Connect” and then “Manage Consent.”
7. Review Insure Connect Consent and select “Accept.”
