Paul Wenger is a third-generation almond and walnut farmer who owns and operates Wood Colony Nut Company in Modesto, Calif. He was elected to the Nationwide Board of Directors in 2020.
Wenger is a former president of the California Farm Bureau Federation and also served in leadership roles with the American Farm Bureau Federation.
Active in the community, Wenger has served on the boards of the Salida Volunteer Fire Department, the Hart-Ransom School Board of Trustees, the Stanislaus Land Trust and Agricultural Pavilion, and the Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) Agricultural Fraternity National Board. He attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, majoring in animal science.
